DIY "HEART OF COTTON"

Materials:

- Cotton Balls
- Water Color
- Water
Procedure:
1) Prepare a base
2) Gather cotton balls ( It doesn’t matter if used, we should recycle haha )
3) Dip the cotton balls in water and then in watercolor pigment
4) Using the cotton balls as a stamp, make shapes and colors to imitate the image of a cloud haha
